Important Class Policies

***PLEASE READ AND PRINT OUT THESE IMPORTANT CLASS POLICIES!***

Beads ‘N Things will contact you one day in advance to remind you of your class.
Please provide your correct Saturday/Sunday phone # and valid e-mail by filling out our
contact page in the event you did not already provide this information when you paid via
PayPal.com.

48 hour cancelation required:
Beads ‘N Things will issue a refund or reschedule you for another class (if available) if you
need to cancel 48 or more hours before class. Failure to cancel in time will be considered
a “No Show” (see below). In the event of a cancelation, you MUST call our shop at (585)586-
7230, listen to the menu, and press prompt “5” to leave your name, phone #, and the date
and time of the class you are canceling.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we may start on time!!
In fairness to your fellow students and the class instructor, if you find yourself “running late”
more than 5 minutes after the start of class time, you will not be admitted to class and you
will be considered a “No Show” (see below).  
 
“No Show” Policy: 
Beads ‘N Things does not offer refunds for classes unless classes are rescheduled or
canceled by Beads ‘N Things, or if a student cancels 48 or more hours before class. 
Students who are a “No Show” for a class may not reschedule and your class fee
will be forfeited.
