produced free video tutorials covering the basics of beading to save you time and money.

Q: Do you sell gift certificates?
A: Yes! You may purchase a gift certificate for your favorite beading enthusiast online
(see “Buy Now” button) or pick one up during your next visit to our shop. If you prefer to
pay over the phone, call our shop during business hours to order a gift certificate. We can
easily make arrangements to send it to you or directly to the person you are gifting it to.

Q: Are you located in Schoen Place in Pittsford?
A: We are at the end of Schoen Place in the Northfield Common shopping plaza near The
Pedastal, Dolce Cupcakery, Label 7, Olives, The Topiary, and Harmony in Wood. You’ll find
us in the large red building with plenty of parking.

Q: Do you offer discounts for frequent shoppers?
A: Yes! Customers may earn Bead Club Reward savings coupons for frequent purchases.
Bead Club Reward Members are also eligible for special offers and discounts throughout
the year. Remember to sign up for the Club the next time you visit our shop!

Q: Who handles your photography and website design?
A: We do everything in-house...literally right in our bead shop! We are self-taught web
designers and photographers! We also offer reasonable rates if you would like us to
photograph your pieces. Contact us if you are interested in this service.
